Proud Shroom

My first day back at work, and there's one more vacation week before the students return. It will be a quieter affair this year as we're not getting a new set of undergraduates, as the campus will close in 2019.

As I'd been out in the fresh air for much of the last week, I really felt I needed it after work tonight. I was lucky, as it had been showery for much of the day and I got a couple of hours of sunshine to enjoy.

I went hunting for Fly Agaric fungi in it's usual spot, and only found this magnificent specimen. I feel that Autumn has arrived early this year?

I was chasing prescriptions for dad today.
