Unable to develop!

Chloe has been clipped and now looks clean and smart. She would have looked a whole lot better in this photo if my 'trial ' subscription to Lightroom had now just expired. I have been using Lightroom for ages but when I changed subscriptions the subscription did not seem to transfer. I have been waiting for time to sort it all out - and that won't be for a few days! I was surprised that it let me do anything.
