A change in the weather?

Indoor flash macro today, as I didn't see much worth blipping in daylight!
I thought these two pine cones might go with the recent news which seems to be dominated by the weather.

Tomorrow we're away to Gran Canaria for a week - hoping to get some late sunshine, scenery and possibly some sea swimming time before the autumn really does get going.  We're not taking a laptop,  but I discovered today Gill's camera will connect to either my phone or our tablet. With the new features on Lightroom mobile I should be able to make a few edits and upload as and when wifi is available. 

Travelling with Ryanair ...  a new experience for us!  I don't think the cabin bags have ever been weighed and measured so many times :-)
