The Harry Haddock monument?

After exhaustive research on the interweb, I am unable to tell you what this structure at the Clachnaharry Sea Lock is. Therefore I have decided to christen it: the Harry Haddock Monument, in memory of the great Clyde FC footballer of the 1950s. Why? Because it is white with black trim, and very close to the sea. I rest my case.
