Chaffinch

A strange mixture of weather today, Woke up to torrential rain battering on the roof tiles, really felt like snuggling back under the duvet, it sounded so wild. By the time I ventured downstairs it was a different world , beautiful sunny day , bright and still . Changeable all day .

So we didn't venture very far. Tonight's blip is a lazy one in the garden which was visited by so many wee birds. Got lots of blips but finally decided on this chaffinch with its beak filled with a sunflower seed. Greedy wee bird fought off all the other birds and ruled this bush where I had sprinkled some seeds - all for the sake of a blip!
