Lots of varied things today - up and down, dashing and quiet. Lunch with the sports students - some huge rugby types and lots of talk of european and world championships. Felt a real sloth!
After work over the meadows to hairdresser - beautiful light and shadows and groups of newbies experimenting with BBQs.
