The Tooth Fairy Visits

You can see it getting more mobile as the day went on.
We had a "final push" to get it out before school. It was not successful.
Seems like everyone had a go on it in the playground. They were not successful.
Rainbows (and the eating of cheese straws created during) was not successful.
Chicken nuggets for tea didn't shift it.
Using dental floss as string didn't shift it.
Big brother was got out of bed so that he could have a go utilised. He was not successful, but made the best progress and then provided distraction so I could get on with it.
