St Ronan's Wells

This is a lino cut by Neil Stewart on exhibition at the Eastgate Centre in Peebles. I was in Peebles to inspect G's new home, which she is very happy with I'm glad to say. We had lunch at the Eastgate and then saw the exhibition which we both loved.This shows the annual Cleikum Ceremonies which are part of the St Ronan's Borders Games in Innerleithen. There is some more information about the ceremonies here.

This picture looks much better if you can see it large - even so, that won't really do it justice, but I went for this as my blip as it will remind me of the exhibition.
