Walkies

Tia joined us on a walk today. I've been looking after her as most of the family away. The dogs got on really well. We walked my favourite route. Getting quite overgrown in parts.
Came back and had to pack for a night in London plus my swim. Also first night back at work so my drive into London wasn't until much later.
Here at the flat and everything is just as lovely as always. Our friends Linda and Phil are with us too. Phil is swimming tomorrow with me.
Looking forward to tomorrow although the water is pretty cold. A swim in the serpentine is pretty special though.
