Another Medal

It was a 50k bike ride today for charity. I went with a group from my Tri club. We are the not so good as some of our members but we have a go group. It was such a friendly event. The route was so nice too. I really enjoyed it. I do need to get on my bike more though.
Andy had a 20 mile run to do. Not an event just part of his marathon training. He runs alone but says himself he's a lone wolf. He prefers to run alone. I don't know how he does it. I prefer doing things with others.
Got my results from yesterday's swim and I was 4th in my age group out of 58. Pleased with that.
So we have had a very busy weekend....but I love weekends like this.
