Sunday bake

For some reason my blip yesterday has recorded against today and it won't let me change it.

So this is actually Sunday blip!

Better sleep last night, decided to bake a cake as hubby says I don't use my mixer enough to warrant it being out all the time. It's a lovely kitchen maid and I think looks fab out why would you hide in a cupboard. The boy wanted a lemon sponge like funny nanny makes. So I had to make lemon curd too to go in the middle with the buttercream. Also made a cherry, pear and blackberry pie.

Did some work today typing up some notes from weekend but other than that had a nice quiet day.

Hubby made Roast Pork for dinner which was lush, chilling now watching television :)
