Going The Whole Hog

We've had an extremely lazy day, lazing by the pool, snorkelling from the beach 100 yards down a track from the pool and otherwise being engrossed in Kate Atknson's excellent book, Behind The Scenes At The Museum, one of those books you don't want to end because it's so good.

Tonight there was a celebration of the wine harvest by the harbour where the locals and some of the tourists, were getting stuck in to a hog roast, copious amounts of the subject of the celebration and a bit of a knees-up.

We had a more sedate but still very tasty meal in a taverna at the far end of the harbour.

Apologies for lack of comments. Wifi is very slow and there's a lot of relaxing to do. Many thanks to all of you who have made comments on my holiday snaps so far.
