Day one porch reconstruction project

Venture Builders are beginning the repair replacement of THE back porc lanai. It is a long time to get to this point, but finally, tear out and construction begins. They are neat, professional and making good progress. It should be done in time to enjoy cool mornings and evenings on our very brief fall. Can't wait.
