St Michael's Feast Day and our visit to Lincoln.

It is a loss when the hoped for picture on the camera chip does not appear.
I took a reasonable photo a The Shed at Lincoln University, along with a small panorama of the sky line leading to the magnificent Lincoln Catherdal.
Alas, no photo.
Instead, to capture a few memories of our visit to Lincoln University's Open Day today, which was enjoyable, sunny and warm and a long drive there and home again, here are a few books.
Tomorrow my Grandsons are being christened near where they live, in Blackburn, and the two little books are a gift for them from the cathedral bookshop, The Lord's Prayer and the Noah's Ark Bible story.
Lincoln are fund raising to keep up the maintenance of their tremendously
well loved 900+ year old cathedral.
The dimensionsare awe inspiring.
It is the true spirit of the place that left a lasting joy for me.
