My Mandala

Today the Wretched One gave with one hand and denied with the other.
I got a fancy new cushion thing, but was left behind when they went out for lunch.

But I did get a walk on the beach, so once I've posted this I'm off for a Mandala Snooze.  I expect Reg will be all snooty about it and say that a Mandala Snooze doesn't count as meditation.
