A different kind of tension...

So, turns out I've had flu-like symptoms as well as a tension headache. Paracetamol (which I've been taking) isn't good, and can make them last longer. Soluble aspirin is the thing for me.

After the doctors, I did some food shopping and then headed home.

Made some barbacoa (I've no idea) and some pesto.

Watched Louis Theroux's Scientology film, which I didn't enjoy as much as his tv shows.

A night of reading....
