Great spangled fritillary

There were several of these on a neighbor's sedum this morning. A warm day starting our at 75 with a 94% humidity, pretty sticky. But considering all the poor folk with hurricanes and earthquakes, Kansas is a pretty good place to be!
The extra show the underside  of the wings with the characteristic silver spots.
