Desperate Esther

The boy was home by 3:45pm and has now broken up for two and a half weeks so it was only right we went out for tea.

We decided on the Tipton Pie Factory as I have never been and the boy was happy it was buy one get one free on all pies except for the Desperate Dan pie. The boy was disappoint as he wanted to attempt this huge pie until he realised it had kidneys in it!

As we were in Tipton we decided to go and find my Mum's house that she grew up in. I sat nav'd the road but when we got there it was completely different. I kept looking at the maisonette on the end wondering if they had been updated but then there was a church half way down the road which I really don't remember. Granted my Nan died when I was 14 and I have not been since but it defo wasn't the right place. I left confused and deflated.
