Mini-flowers

We have been going for a neighborhood walk the past couple nights as the weather has been nice and we pass a house where the little dog barks at us and makes a fuss. The woman of the house has been nice enough to chat with us, about her garden, and husband passing and waiting for hip surgery. She ran into the house last night, "wait, here, I have something for you", and presented us with this little bouquet of mini-daffodils, hyacinths and what she called "matchsticks". They smell divine!
