Seatown

Today is amongst other things my birthday and we've had a pretty good one!

This morning we went on the great adventure that is otherwise know as getting fuel at Morrisons in Bridport... there was a huge queue seemingly caused by the fact that most people weren't using the 'pay at the pump' facility but wanted to pay at the kiosk... There was only one person in the kiosk and the poor lady couldn't keep up!

We went to have a look at a very small redundant church nearby, Holy Trinity Old Church at Bothenhampton. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holy_Trinity_Old_Church,_Bothenhampton
See extra for photo.

This afternoon we went to Seatown, the Anchor Pub in the foreground of the photo is just 15 minutes walk from our cottage, probably a much longer crawl back though. I took the photo from the top of the cliffs looking across Seatown to Golden Cap and Lyme Regis in the far distance. The second extra is a view of the costal path and the hills inland.

This evening its dinner at The George, Chideock.
