Scarlet plume for autumn

Happy Autumn Equinox for the Northern Hemisphere and Happy Spring Equinox for the Southern Hemisphere !

I do so like the colours of autumn, but I'm not looking forward to the darker days and longer nights. Orange is a typical colour for autumn according to the bi-weekly florist and euphorbia fulgens or scarlet-plume was one of the warm surprises in this week's bouquet.
