Strolling with Fly Agaric

Trentham passes renewed for another year this morning, but not much time to enjoy the place this morning. I had a quick coffee and then went straight to the spot where I knew I'd find this particular fungi.

It won't be there tomorrow as they were just starting to mow the grass in this area.

I spent much of the rest of the day with my dad as he needed an eye test. Not for the usual reasons. It's all to do with the medication he's on for his Rheumatoid Arthritis, as it could affect his vision. He will need a test every year. As a treat we went to my favourite Italian cafe for lunch.
