At home: old photo box and old friendships x

My photo box is in the back of my cupboard in a back room. It's a box that is a scattered narrative of the last 20 years of my life. The snapshots are time caught in the flicker of a shutter. Ella's wide eyed face at birth, Sam's beaming face at his first birthday mixed in with family and friends and work colleagues pictures.

The most extraordinary find this evening was 2 separate photographs of myself and my friend. He is staying here at the minute. The pictures were taken 15 years ago. You can't help think how time creates changes. Physical changes, time and space changes, life changes. But nothing changes in a good and long lasting friendship x
