Durian, the king of fruit according to many Asians,  has been described as 'rotten mushy onions;' Anthony Bourdain said  its 'like pungent, runny French cheese' and 'your breath will smell as if you’ve been french kissing your dead grandmother;' while Anthony Burgess described it as 'like eating raspberry blancmange in the lavatory ...' whatever you think, in my humble opinion its delicious! The only downer is that you can't have a drink as the combo is fatal ... no kidding!
