Not happy

Last night a house near by was having a party which went on until 01:00.  This morning I found an egg on the car and we worked out it must have come from the party house so we cleaned it off and went swimming, however once it had dried we saw the damage from the shell and so went to the house.  The mother and son came around, apologised and agreed to pay for the damage.  It seems things didn't go as planned.  I have sent some estimate requests to bodyshops as it is not something the mobile valater can fix for us.  We are not amused and need to get it sorted quickly as the bare metal is exposed.
