Outside an Open Door

Often, when exploring the city over the annual weekend of Doors Open Day, it is the unfamiliar or forgotten views you notice en route that is as striking as the building that brought you there.

Edinburgh's Folly on Calton Hill was just visible from outside Lyon and Turnbull's on Broughton Place.
