A bowl of Quinces

Quick EB as time is short today .... 

These quinces are from the garden of Anne, my immediate boss.  She and her partner moved into a new house at around the same time Gill and I did,  but they are further on with their fruit & vegetable growing.  I had an idea that Gill had made Quince jelly at some time in the past ... but she says not! So we will have to decide what we're going to do with these.  Same with the rather excellent Courgettes .. of which Anne has far too many to use herself!
