Rock (pan)cake

It’s one of the simplest recipes there is. It’s one you do in first year Home Economics. Yet somehow I failed. Even following a recipe, I failed. They still taste good though.

Out to Lanark today for lunch, then we managed a couple of films when we got back. The Bourne Identity, then Date Night.
