Fungi

When we went out for supper last night the verge inform of the house we were visiting looked as though it had large patches of fungi growing. I gather from our hosts that there were a couple of trees on the verge that had to be removed a couple of years ago and they think this fungi flush is a result of their demise. So it was back this morning to view and photograph. There were small and large clumps of these fungi totalling many hundred in total but my blip for today is one of the smaller clumps. I think these may be Conical Brittlestem.
