Violin and Piano Recital

I took my neighbor Avelino to see one of ASU's faculty artist events.  I have wanted to see Katie McLin, the violinist forever.  She was sensational as was her husband, Andrew Campbell on the piano.  They started with some Aaron Copeland which I loved, and then did some work by Lera Auerback, and then John Gia-something or other.  All American composers (2nd or 3rd generation) except for Lera.  She is Russian and defected to this country in 1977.  Very interesting work
