Last photo opportunity to capture our youngest's apartment building.
He moves out today.
It is an award winning block, built for single city folk, it has served him well. Great design in the main, but the architects didn't think about people actually cooking when they put the hob under the kitchen cupboard and that all that glass adds light, yes, but also is extremely hot in summer and cold in winter.
I think the awards should come after folk have actually lived in the buildings.
