MonoMonday....Favourite Colour

Another dull and gloomy day, had my 30 minute brisk walk around the park with my excercise teacher friend L, I think my stamina is improving, but she does push me!!  I haven't really got  favourite colour, it's all dependent on the day, so I thought I would use my pretty rainbow china mug to cover all options......had a play with the light box again...... Have added an alternative as I couldn't decide which I liked best and not sure if colour popping actually counts as a mono?........Thanks to Sk for hosting, some fun challenges this month:)
