Decay

The apples on my neighbours tree look good from a distance but close up most of them are decayed. A bit like my house, the surveyor didn’t have good news. He confirmed it was rising damp so I am certainly in for a rough few weeks of dust, destruction and a dwindling bank account! Seems I will need to have a new damp course so just when I thought my little home was just about sorted it will all have to be painted all over again once all the walls have been treated and replastered. Haopy days!
