Humans

I am a bit broken today. Unsurprisingly my cold has got worse, my hamstrings are ridiculously sore as are my gluts, to top it all I am a little sunburnt! But it was worth it as it was good fun.

So I walked into town this afternoon to try and sort out my legs. The Channel Four series Humans was being filmed in our local deli. This was the best I could do for a shot from a local coffee shop.

Tomorrow I am on an outdoor school trip all day. Guess that will be a kill or cure type of thing.
