Flower with a tiny extra

At 4 pm I'd finished my long shift of 9 hours at work but the first bus home didn't even appear and it was getting close to 5:30 pm when I finally got back to the apartment. As it was considerably later than I'd hoped to get back to Casper, I just photographed the first (and only) thing that I spotted on my walk home from the bus stop. It was only later when I zoomed in on the photo, that I noticed the tiny insect just below the centre of the flower.

I don't know which flower this is exactly. It looked like that of a dandelion, but the leaves were different and the flower's stem was much thinner.
