Shy Goosander

I've always found diving ducks to be rather camera shy birds. They see you on the canal or river bank, and gently move away. This female was among a bunch of gulls on the river, and maybe because there is safety in numbers, didn't seem that bothered as she drifted in my direction. Took loads of shots, see also my extras.
