English Woodland + Bramble

Whenever I return to the UK and go for a walk in woodland I am so impressed by the size and beauty of the trees. The mid-Sweden forests are also impressive too of course, but perhaps I am just too used to them to see them in the same way.
In my blip today the main trees are beech trees, with their beautiful spaces under the high canopy, all held up by the pillars of their trunks.
I'm out walking Bramble here. My pictures from Blackburn visits often have a springer spaniel Bramble lurking in one corner or another.
