Mum had the beginnings of a cold, always a worrying thing as it invariably ends with a chest infection and antibiotics. We spent a quiet day at home after all the excitement of the scooter in the past few days.

The tortoise and the hare at either end of the scooter's speed selector have been causing much amusement.
