The day started nice and sunny with a strong breeze.
Now the clouds have come over and it is colder.
I hope you like the images of this russet Virginia Creeper.
I was glad to come across it on my walk this morning.
I visited the pharmacist to seek advice for my sprained wrist.
She was a good listener and sympathetic. She suggested I wear a tubi-grip, to support it, take Ibuprofen, as I am doing, and see the GP if it is not better in a week. I really hope it gets normal again soon, and then I can lift the kettle and do some ironing, which is building up.
