Fungi

Saw this tree stump absolutely covered in fungi.

A very pleasant day, have to enjoy them as winter's a'comin'.......

Update on yesterday:
Beatrice has broken her humerus bone, on her upper arm, and as it had swollen by the time we got her to A&E, they strapped it up until the swelling goes down, and gave her strong painkillers.  She will be out of action for a few weeks, but will be back to walking as soon as she can.
It could have happened to any one of us but glad the club as a whole coped so well.
