Conkers

Not sure if a staged shot of conkers counts towards Wild Wednesday hosted by Cailleach but it's about all I have for today's pic.

Had various needles stuck in me this morning when I had a blood test and flu jab at the surgery. Only other 'excitement' was making a frittata this afternoon for tea, oh and watching England narrowly beating West Indies in the ODI at the Oval under Duckworth-Lewis rules when rain stopped play.
