Sloping Off

I was very happy to spend a day away from paint, ladders and rubber gloves, so Mr E and I took the dogs and some picnic food up to the Ridgeway and enjoyed the fresh air.
The changing colours were a bit of a surprise, as it seems to have happened quite suddenly. On the other side of this wooded area, three large tractors were ploughing the field and there were hundreds of seagulls following them.
