A day off from painting; eventually she got her to her dad's and we headed off with bikes to Cumbernauld.

Picking up her mum, we went to town; they had a potter in some shops (her mum wanted to buy her a birthday present) and I headed off with the camera; we reconvened for lunch and then dropped her mum back; and ignored the sunshine around Skinflats - we'd thought abot a bike ride, but G was playing up so we headed for home; to mine, then cycled into town.

I went for a meander whilst G came home and then duck with blackberry and some random ned dessert with toffee and figs and cream doughnuts. (Don't ask...)
