Touch of the proliferation of the buds again

Seems something funny is going on with my garden again,this is a Gerbera that as been growing in this pot outside for a couple of years,as you can see it seems to be regrowing itself from the centre, see extra of an ordinary bud on the same bush,this is caused by very changeable weather conditions,and it confuses the plant as to which season it is in .
also extra of a rose hip that might be suffering the same,the hips have burst out of the  bud. so I have taken a few to plant have put them into the fridge to cool off then you bring them out into some heat and we might grow some seedlings I have done this before.........
