Story in Stone

A mosaic heritage trail of Biggleswade, Sandy and Potton, sections of which have been made in the community. This one is on a restaurant wall on the market square in Sandy. I shall try and visit the other ones over time and blip them!

Story in Stone, which is managed by Sandy Town Council, has recruited the talents of renowned mosaics artist Oliver Budd who, with help from six schools across the towns, community groups, and local businesses, is creating 15 artworks in total that will be placed around the towns. This will create a heritage trail, designed to increase footfall from residents and tourists visiting the area.
