Soup, done properly

Union of Genius has been about for a couple of years, but my job had me in another part of the city unable to taste their wares. This was broken today with a bowl of their Chorizo and Tomato soup, sitting outside near to Potterrow. The soup was of the correct consistency that I was expecting. Soup like, but thick enough for the spoon to stand upright on it's own. 
Boy was it tasty and warming. I will return!
