Epic Cannelloni Pasta Day

This took the best part of 2-3 hours and I'm absolutely knackered. I was starting to question whether it was worth it but when we finally sat down to eat at around 21:00 I got stuck in and told myself it was well worth the time and effort.

The taste and texture was superb, and just enough for another time, but thankfully next time won't take as long.
