My lovely friend Jarek is the overall winner of the BBC Countryfile 2018
Calendar. I was really privileged to be asked by the BBC to "be in on the act" when Simon King broke the news to Jarek and presented the Calendar to him.It was a very special occasion. I see Jarek most mornings and to keep this secret for the best part of a week was not easy.It was so much fun being involved, and I am thrilled for Jarek.
