Fabulous potatoes.

We had these fantastic potatoes with our roast chicken this evening.

If you love dauphinois potatoes ( but not the calories of the cream), this is the dish for you. It's very similar to a Pommes Boulangere , but a bit crispier.

My new favourite. ( they might even beat roast potatoes!)
