Fallen Leaves

Dear Diary,

I photographed these two little leaves at the pond down the road.  They really popped out against the dark water.  I also thought the dark green lily pads seemed to shelter them.  Must be the mood I am in.  I find my eye drawn to things I need to see and there is a lot to see in this image if you look really hard at it.

Rough night last night and a cold house isn't helping this morning.  The preparation for this test today has left me weak and feeling quite unwell.  I will be so glad when it is over and I hope I have an idea about what I will have to face in the surgery.  I just want to feel well again.
